Hot Springs County residents are encouraged to attend the final project meeting of the Owl Creek Watershed Study on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m. in the basement of Big Horn Federal bank. Seven Special Olympics 'Olympians' traveled to the fall Area 1 games in Lander the end of September and came home with plenty of medals.
