    The Hot Springs County High School Drama team headed out to Rock Springs Wednesday evening to participate in the Wyoming State Drama Festival. The students will perform or present their work from the fall season, including the one act play, “The Lottery”.     The Children’s Resource Center will host its annual Soup with Santa event on Tuesday Dec. 4. The event provides youngsters an opportunity to visit with St. Nick, and families can check out a variety of soups for dinner and even do crafts together. This year’s crafts include ornaments, plates, signs and towels, and prices vary.     The Hot Springs County Senior Center is hosting a reservation only spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 5:15-6:30 p.m., in conjunction with the Golden Age Club Bingo Night. Plates for the dinner are $12 each, for a meal that includes spaghetti, green beans, salad, garlic bread and drinks.
