    Tomatoes are ripening, veggies are going strong and local folks are making jams, jellies and breads, all in preparation for the opening of the Farmer’s Market. Ralph Witters Elementary (RWE) will be having new student registration for back to school on Tuesday, Aug. 7, from 9 a.m. until noon at the RWE office for students kindergarten through fourth grade.     The Hot Springs County Recreation District is gearing up for the Jr. Bobcat Volleyball Camp, starting Monday, July 16. The week-long camp will be held at the high school, with high school players and coaches running the camp.
