    The Hot City Outdoor Alliance and Hot Springs State Park hosted the Hot City Outdoor Day last Saturday, and despite some wet and chilly weather, they had a great turnout for their first event.     A 4K walk/run and an 8K run in the buffalo pasture will start at 8 a.m. this Saturday in Hot Springs State Park. Registration for the event is $15 prior to Saturday, and $20 the day of the event.     Hot Springs State Park is hosting their second hike of the summer with a trip to Legend Rock this Saturday, June 15. Measuring over 1,300 feet long, there are more than 92 prehistoric panels and more than 300 petroglyph figures.     Hot Springs County Museum is currently providing free admission for active duty military personnel and their families, as they are part of the Blue Star program which runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.     The Hot Springs County Fairgrounds will be home to the Junior Livestock Show on Friday, June 7 beginning at noon. Participants will enter their animals the day of the show, and the order of showing will be swine, lambs, heifers and beef.     Last Thursday saw the first step in establishing a Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) chapter in Thermopolis.
