The WYO Quarter Horse Ranch held its 19th Annual Fall Horse Sale this past weekend with 15 different states represented at the sale. More than 80 beautiful head traveled the ring with the average gelding selling for $13,134. Practices are well underway for the Fall Drama Showcase, which will be presented by the Hot Springs County High School Drama Club. Hot Springs County's 4-H Livestock Judging team competed at the Northern International Livestock Exposition (NILE) in Billings, Mont. and came away as the Champion Junior 4-H Livestock Judging Team. The annual Hot Springs Sheriff’s Office Pumpkin Patch will be Oct. 18 and 19 outside the doors of the Joint Law Enforcement Center in the 400 block of Arapahoe.
