    A small group of local folks attended a workshop in Thermopolis recently, presented by the Wyoming Business Council, called “Strategic Doing.” The workshop was a follow up from meetings held earlier this year which resulted in reviewing various surveys that have been done over the last several years to determine what our community would like to see done in regards to improving our town.     The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails, in conjunction with various other state agencies, celebrate Wyoming Public Lands Day on Saturday, Sept. 28.     The 2019 Hunting with Heroes event is planned for the weekend of Sept. 27 and 28. Ten participants from Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky and Michigan will come to the Thermopolis VFW for the event, with check in on Sept. 27.
