    Get your cold weather gear out and get ready for the annual Shoshoni Ice Fishing Derby at Boysen Reservoir. The event will be held this year from 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 through Sunday the 19 with weigh-ins beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. Cost for the three-day event is $10 per angler with sign in being done at B & K Shoreline Shop, 14 Bass Lake Road, Shoshoni.     Hot Springs County High School's speech and debate team started their varsity season off with a bang, bringing home first place in 1A2A at the Kelly Walsh Tournament in Casper last weekend.     Just because it is winter doesn’t mean you have to stop fishing out on Boysen reservoir. In fact, ice fishing has been good so far this year. Fisheries biologists are saying the upper reservoir areas are the best, particularly near the Poison Creek Bay area.
