Thermopolis Mayor Adam Estenson recently swore in new officer Jonathan Bartlett. Bartlett was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. He enlisted in the United States Army in 2010, serving as an infantryman in Afghanistan during the 2012 troop surge as a member of Special Operations Task Force–East in Kunar Province.
