    The Hot Springs County High School Drama Team will be heading to the Wyoming State Thespian Festival next week, December 5-7. The team will be taking design and performance pieces to Laramie for the event that they have been working on this season.     Eleven music students from Hot Springs County High School attended the North Big Horn Honor Ensemble at North West College in Powell over the weekend. Faculty from the college worked with the students for two days before a final concert, a mixture of band students from all over the Basin as well as a choir comprised of a variety of students as well.     A delightful evening is ensured as Hot Springs Dance presents their Holiday program, ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. The show will feature all of the dancers, from the littlest to the adult members of the group, all in breathtaking costumes as they tell the story of the Grinch.
