Jacklyn Ruth Snively passed away on November 11, 2023, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyo. Jackie was born in Ely, Nev. to Jesse and Ruth Wixom on Jan. 10, 1941. She attended high school in Big Piney, Wyo. She enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking and could browse through recipes for hours. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge for 51 years. There was no board meeting in October due to the members attending the Fall Summit in Yellowstone National Park. The Hot Springs County Fair Board and Recreation Board installed a digital sign at the fairgrounds on November 14. This is in the same location as their previous sign.
