    The Thermopolis Middle School Student Council honored those who served in the military for Veterans Day at the Bill Malloy Auditorium on November 11. Three veterans were given quilts of valor recognizing their service and sacrifices. They were Regina Schulmeister, Jim Schwalbe and Jackie Frankson.     Thermopolis will experience a six-hour partial lunar eclipse event this coming Friday, November 19. It starts at 11:02 p.m. and reaches its peak at 2:02 a.m. It will be a long event. The National Weather Service in Riverton is forecasting partly cloudy skies and lows overnight of about 30 degrees. The curvature of the shadow’s path and the apparent rotation of the Moon’s disk is due to the Earth’s rotation.
