    Fremont County Attorney Patrick LeBrun has several legal concerns about the public inquest planned in the matter of a fatal, officer-involved shooting that took place Sept. 21 in Riverton. Anderson Antelope, 58, died in the incident. The Riverton Police Department officer involved was uninjured, though officials said Antelope stabbed him in the chest with a 6-inch knife.     According to a report on the Wyoming Cost of Living Index, released Monday by the Economic Analysis Division of the Wyoming Department of Administration and Information, average rental rates in Hot Springs County have increased from the second quarter 2018 to the second quarter 2019. The report shows average apartment rent went from $505 to $506, a small increase of 0.1 percent. Average mobile home lot rent went from $215 to $245, an increase of 14 percent.     During the Thermopolis Town Council’s Oct. 15 meeting, it was announced that the Thermopolis Police Department has received a U.S. Department of Homeland Security State Homeland Security Program Grant in the amount of $17,600.94.     Wyoming Game and Fish recently conducted its electrofishing, launching from Wedding of the Waters. Through the process, small electrodes are dropped in the water to create a mild electric current. This causes involuntary muscle contractions to make the fish easier to net.
