    On Monday, September 23 at the fair building, members of the community representing various boards and districts gathered to discuss the possibility of pursuing funding for the construction of a potential community center.     The Hot Springs County High School Bobcats football team faced off with the Bulldogs in Lovell last Friday. After coming away with an hard-fought win in Kemmerer the week before, the Cats were looking to extend a win streak. The Bulldogs, however, had other plans.
