    At Saturday night's fundraiser for the Tori Rollins family, Will Farrell assists Breckon Craft in delivering a cookie jar to Raegan Shaffer. A good sized crowd gathered at the fair building for a pulled pork dinner and to bid on auction items. In July, Rollins was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Synovial Sarcoma.   • Senators introduce bill to rename Thermopolis post office after longtime resident, former postmaster

    Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senators Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., and Tom Carper, D-Del., introduced a bipartisan bill on Sept. 24 to honor former Thermopolis Postmaster Robert Brown by renaming the local post office after him. Brown, a lifelong resident of Thermopolis, passed away earlier this month at age 94. The bill is cosponsored by U.S. Senator John Barrasso, R-Wyo.     CODY- The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is assisting the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service with two investigations involving conflicts between hunters and grizzly bears. On the evening of Sept. 24, a man who was hunting for elk in the Thorofare was attacked and injured by a grizzly bear. He was airlifted to a local hospital where he received treatment.     CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Mark Gordon has worked with the Wyoming Department of Health to ease restrictions on restaurants in the state while continuing efforts to keep the public safe. This comes in new public health orders. The changes to Health Order No. 1 no longer require restaurants to space out seating in booths and increases the permitted number of persons at a table from 6 to 8 persons.     The Thermopolis Bobcat football team traveled to Lovell on Friday to take on the Bulldogs. In a tightly contested conference battle, the Bobcats came in just short losing 20-23.
