Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc. reprised its Annual Golf Tournament on August 15. For many years, the Foundation had hosted an annual golf outing at Thermopolis Golf Course, to raise awareness of the Foundation’s Mission to support Hot Springs Memorial Hospital. At the September Chamber of Commerce meeting, the board gave a second reading of their new bylaws and it was passed. They also discussed the Chamber’s work for grant writing and grant making progress. Linda Lou Andreen, 88, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sat., Sept. 5, 2020, at Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness in Thermopolis. She was born on October 23, 1944, in Santa Monica, Calif., to Axel and Olga Voldberg. Her family then moved to Big Timber, Mont., where she graduated high school in 1963.
