    Dozens of artists will gather at the Hot Springs in Thermopolis for five days of outdoor painting in one of Wyoming’s most iconic parks. She was born September 11, 1950 in Deadwood, South Dakota, the daughter of Dale and Patricia Ann (Towler) Marvin. She married Larry Caillouette in Worland, Wyoming and the couple later divorced.     Duane Watkin Watkins, 89, died August 27, 2024, at his home in Hot Springs County after a period of failing health. One of two children, Duane was born March 18, 1935, in Grand Junction, Colo., the son of Thomas and Vivian (House) Watkins. The family moved to Laramie, Wyo., in 1966. After high school Duane ranched for a while then was drafted into the Army during the Korean War. He married Rose Emma Voss on March 20, 1960, in Grand Junction, Colo.
