    Staff and residents alike at the Wyoming Pioneer Home are breathing a little easier after last week’s visit by the new director of the Wyoming Department of Health, Michael Ceballos.     On Friday, Aug. 2, Raymond W. DeVries Sr was fined a total $600, $100 for each of five misdemeanor counts of theft under $1,000 and one count of misdemeanor criminal trespassing. The charges come from an Aug. 30, 2018 incident, where DeVries brought a truck and forklift onto the property of Linsey Brooks with the purpose of taking five large landscaping rocks.     Judge Bobbi Overfield has sentenced Hollie Smith to three years of supervised probation for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Though sentenced to three to five years in prison, that term was suspended. Smith had pleaded guilty to the charge, and a second count of unlawful possession of meth was dismissed.
