    Those who have been collecting the Main Street Thermopolis Christmas ornaments will be excited to know the newest ornament has arrived. This year, the limited edition ornament will feature the building housing the Messenger Law Offices. They will be for sale, soon, for the same amount as last year, $30 per ornament.     Thirteen teams braved rain and lightening Saturday night then hot, dusty conditions Sunday to compete in this year's Lions Club Ranch Rodeo.     Last week, Thermopolis residents Sallie Wesaw, J.W. Bailey and T.J.     A good crowd of folks got the chance to vote for their favorite chili at the FFA Alumni sponsored Annual Chili Cook-Off last week during the Hot Springs County Fair. The top winners were chosen by votes from everyone who stopped in for a bite.     Among the activities this past weekend was the Pageant Days 5K Run/Walk and 10 K Run at Hot Springs State Park Saturday morning. The event had 20 people participating, though two did not finish.     According to Thermopolis Fire Chief Mark Collins, the number of fires in the area is pretty normal at this time, according to the five-year average, though these first couple weeks in August are typically the start of the wild land fire season.
