    A series of public meetings is scheduled in July to address future highway improvement projects in central and northwest Wyoming. The Thermopolis meeting will be Tuesday, July 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hot Springs County Courthouse Annex.     This Sunday, June 23 at First Baptist Church, they will honor Pastor Harvey and Lois Seidel for 25 years of ministry as Sr. Pastor. The celebration begins at 12:30 p.m. and is open to everyone. A carry in dinner is planned for Sunday with fellowship and testimony time following the service. The Seidels came to Thermopolis in May of 1994.     The Thermopolis Police Department has once again joined in with Camp Postcard, Chief Julie Mathews noted Tuesday morning. The program is done through Volunteers of America, Mathews explained, and law enforcement officers throughout Wyoming work with local school districts to identify students that might not otherwise have a lot of opportunities.     Officials with the Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) are warning people about diseases that can be caught when swimming in pools, lakes and other bodies of water or when drinking contaminated water. Courtney Smith, WDH epidemiologist, says such diseases as cryptosporidiosis, giardiasis and shigellosis are each threats in the state connected to recreational water.     According to Hot Springs County Emergency Coordinator Bill Gordon, late in the day Sunday, as was expected, Boysen lake elevation reached 4,725 feet and began filling into the flood pool. Monday, as of about 3:30 p.m., it is about 4,725.7 feet. Boysen operations are now being dictated by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
