    Following a brief public meeting during which there was no comment, Thermopolis Town Council approved the budget for the 2019-20 fiscal year, as well as Resolution 552 to adopt it.     During the second June meeting of the Hot Springs County Commission, two agreements with the Town of Thermopolis were approved, those being the Joint Law Enforcement Agreement and a landfill agreement. The landfill agreement was presented to the commissioners at their June 4 meeting, though it was not signed at the time as they felt it deviated from the previous agreement.     Monday afternoon in Hot Springs District Court, Cindee Reynolds was sentenced to 2.5 to four years in prison, with 303 days credit for time served, after her probation was revoked. Reynolds was initially sentenced to three to five years, suspended in exchange for five years probation, on Aug. 15, 2016 for possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of meth.     One of the bigger Thermopolis events for the summer is the Cowboy Rendezvous Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Rodeo. Founded in 1978, the camp is the premier leadership training for Wyoming FFA members as well as those from other states.     Officials from the Wyoming Department of Corrections recently requested the Joint Judiciary Committee to consider a law change to let offenders earn credit for good behavior while they wait in jail.
