    This last week some construction work was done on Hospital Hill for the new transfer station approach. Noticing this work, some local residents expressed concern about the details of the new transfer station.     The Bobcat boys golf team took second place at the spring golf conference tournament last week in Cheyenne. Bobcat golfer Hardy Johnson earned tournament champion shooting a 164. The grant was written and approved to provide $15,000 toward the acquisition of 3D Digital Mammography equipment for Hot Springs Health.
