    The Hot Springs County Commissioners approved a purchase by Anthony Fruciano, head of maintenance, to help with installation of new plexiglass shields at counters in the courthouse. Fruciano requested $250 from emergency funds in order to purchase a miter saw for the project, which, going forward would make things safer for both the employees at the courthouse offices and the public.
