    At the November 14 Hot Springs County School District #1 board meeting. Trustees Marshall Keller and Jennifer Axtell were not present. At the beginning of the meeting, Trustee Clay VanAntwerp made a motion to add to the agenda the extension of the superintendent’s and other contracts.     At the November 19 Thermopolis Town Council meeting, Mayor Adam Estenson swore in new officer Jonathan Bartlett. Marshall Keller presented an ordinance for its second reading where the town will revoke fluoride being added to the water system. During the council’s discussion, council member Rachel Hughes said that she talked to her dentist about the matter and that she was changing her vote based upon the information.     Thermopolis Mayor Adam Estenson recently swore in new officer Jonathan Bartlett. Bartlett was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. He enlisted in the United States Army in 2010, serving as an infantryman in Afghanistan during the 2012 troop surge as a member of Special Operations Task Force–East in Kunar Province.     At the November 19 Hot Springs County Commissioners board meeting held at the annex building, the commissioners voted and passed the approval of the revenue and expenditures report for $964,335.20. County Planner Les Culliton presented the application for the DeVries Minor Subdivision.
