    Four members of the Hot Springs County Republican Party filed a lawsuit against the Wyoming Republican Party on Monday in Laramie County District Court. The lawsuit seeks a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief against the state party for refusing to recognize the local party’s election results. The four plaintiffs are the newly elected leaders of the HSC Republican Party, Chairman Joe Martinez, State Committeeman Phillip Scheel, Secretary Meri Ann Dorman and Vice Chairman Clay Van Antwerp.     On Monday, April 14, a full scale exercise was held at the baseball fields near the Armory to test all first responders of Hot Springs County (HSC).     The vault restroom at the Wedding of the Waters Public Access Area south of Thermopolis will be temporarily closed April 26-28 while the structure is replaced. During this time, no public restroom facilities will be available at the site. The public access area including the boat ramp will remain open. The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission, which owns and manages the access area, performs routine upkeep and maintenance at the site.
