    At the April 2 Thermopolis Town Council board meeting held at Town Hall, Mayor Adam Estenson and the council held a public hearing at the request of property owner Allen Webber, from Casper, for an appeal to a nuisance violation for 117 Fremont Street. The property is located near the Thermopolis Golf Course, between Roundtop and T-Hill.   • Forage permits available for state rights-of-way

    Citizens wishing to harvest hay from state rights-of-way must first obtain a forage permit from the Wyoming Department of Transportation. The forage permit allows permit holders to mow and collect forage free of charge until Oct. 1. Adjacent landowners to WYDOT’s rights-of-way have until April 1 to file for a forage permit.     Hot Springs County High School Bobcat golf players opened their spring season last Friday at the Worland Invite, held at Green Hills Golf Club, an eighteen hole public course which boasts a rank of number three among public courses located in the state.
