At the March 30 Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Board meeting, hospital CEO Margie Molitor said they are about to complete Phase Four in their funding and are about done with the USDA loan application, which will be completed in the next week. Evelyn Ann Sutherland, 68, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021, at the Billings Clinic in Montana after a time of declining health. She was presently living in Sheridan, Wyo. Born April 23, 1952, in Casper, Wyo., she was one of four children of Roderick and Mildred (Wolfe) Mackearney.
