    The Bureau of Reclamation has scheduled an informational meeting regarding water in Boysen Reservoir. The meeting will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 21 at the Elks Lodge, 604 Coburn Ave. in Worland. Topics of discussion include current water supply conditions, the 2017 snowmelt runoff forecast and 2017 projected reservoir operations. The bureau’s March forecast of the April through June runoff predicted for the reservoir is 1,100,000 acre-feet (af), which is 204 percent of the 30-year average of 540,000.     The Thermopolis Community Blood Drive by United Blood Services will be from 3-7 p.m. Monday, March 20 at the Hot Springs County Senior Center. A community blood drive is held in Thermopolis every few months. The goal at each drive is to collect 25 pints of blood.     The Freedom Ball Adult Prom is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 25 at the Days Inn. The Big Horn Basin Riders motorcycle club is hosting the event, but attendees don’t have to be members or bikers to attend.     The Thermopolis Volunteer Fire Department is working with the American Red Cross to help ensure homes have working smoke detectors and people know what to do in case of a fire.     Police, emergency and fire personnel responded to a two-vehicle accident at 12:06 p.m. on March 7, at Sixth and Arapahoe. According to the report, a truck driven by Wesley Meier was attempting to cross Sixth when it was struck by a truck driven by Devin Jaussaud. There were no ambulance transports from the scene. A diesel tank being hauled ruptured, but the Thermopolis Volunteer Fire Department contained the leak before any of the fuel ran into the storm drain....
