    Tuesday night, the Thermopolis Town Council voted, with Councilman John Dorman Sr. voting “no,” to reconsider covering a portion of an overage for work on the communications area at the Law Enforcement Center. At the council’s last meeting, they voted to approve splitting an overage on the project with the county.     On March 3, a three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia recognized Wyoming’s wolf management plan should be upheld.     Another 10 charges have been filed against Lola Vialpando. Vialpando was charged in August with 10 counts of felony forgery, two counts of felony theft and one count of felony larceny.     Monday afternoon in Hot Springs District Court, Michelle McLeran was sentenced to three to five years with the Wyoming Women’s Center in Lusk on a charge of fourth-offense driving under the influence. The charge is from an April 1 incident, with previous convictions from March of 2011, May of 2012 and the summer of 2014. McLeran pleaded no contest to the charge in November. Judge Robert E.     The Hot Springs County Senior Citizens Center is currently taking orders for cinnamon rolls, but time is running out. The rolls will be made on March 11 and 13, but any orders must be in by Friday, March 10. Kitchen staff at the center makes the rolls, and the Golden Age Club pays for ingredients and boxes for transport. Office staff will box and wrap the rolls, and volunteers will help deliver them.
