    The Thermopolis Bobcat Cheer squad attended the Heart Mountain Regional Spirit Competition in Cody last weekend, bringing home third place honors.     The Hot Springs County Board of Travel and Tourism recently met and approved a language change in their bylaws. As part of their strategic plan was to define tourism, Matt Hughes gave a bylaw edit for the first reading. This was originally proposed by Robert Roos because of concerns of businesses that actually do not serve the tourism industry being part of the board.     Hot Springs County High School’s Speech and Debate team brought home their third first place win of the season from the Jackson Hole tournament last Saturday. Putting up 50 points, the Bobcats were actually third overall for the tournament behind Riverton and Natrona.
