Last week saw the Hot Springs County High School track team at two events, with the Riverton Twilight on April 19 and the Lovell Invite on April 21. Those looking to catch some trout on the Big Horn River might have a slower go of it than they have in previous years. According to Wyoming Game and Fish Regional Fisheries Supervisor Sam Hochhalter, a survey of the Wedding of the Waters area, which includes from Wedding to Eighth Street, showed there were 1,100 trout per mile. At about 7:30 Sunday morning, the Thermopolis Police Department responded to a pursuit coming out of the south end of Wind River Canyon.
