    A Wisconsin couple has been transported back to Hot Springs County to await charges related to the theft of 2007 Saturn passenger van.     Monday afternoon, Hot Springs District Court saw three subjects sentenced to probation. Ambra O’Brien was sentenced to five years supervised probation for possession of a controlled substance. The charge stems from a July 1 incident, during which O’Brien was found to have Oxycodone. O’Brien was picked up after a report came in of her walking down the center line of Highway 20.     Last weekend the Hot Springs County High School Track and Field finished their season as 17 students - 10 girls and seven boys - competed at the State Championships in Casper. Both teams continued to set personal records, and Olivia Weyer's eighth place height of 9'0" in the pole vault was a new school record.     During the regular monthly meeting of Hot Springs Travel and Tourism, Director Amanda Moeller reported they had received another high deposit of lodging tax receipts for the 2017-18 fiscal year. The May deposit was $12,890.73, compared to $7,913.54 this time last fiscal year. The deposit put the receipts for the fiscal year at five percent, or $8,460.29, higher than this time last year.     During a recent meeting of the Thermopolis Town Council, Travel and Tourism Director Amanda Moeller said she did some paperwork for the State of Wyoming a couple months ago regarding opportunity zones, noting the town of Thermopolis was recommended by the governor to be such a zone.
