    The Bobcat tracksters saw their first meet this season at Cody for the Yellowstone Sports Medicine Invite, and several matched or beat their personal records in events throughout the day. Blake Williams hit a new personal recordswith a 20th place time of 25.03 in the 200 meters, and matched his personal record in the pole vault with a 10th place height of 10'6".     Tuesday night the Thermopolis Town Council received an update on the Thermopolis Golf Course from Jason Ciz and Joey Johnson. Ciz noted the fundraiser for the course scheduled for March 9 has been moved to May 4. As far as progress on getting a restaurant at the course, Ciz said the person they had been visiting with backed out so they will be advertising again.     At Tuesday’s meeting of Hot Springs Travel and Tourism, Director Amanda Moeller reported there is continued decline in the lodging tax receipts. “We took a pretty big hit again this month,” Moeller said. Receipts were down 41 percent compared to last year. Last month’s deposit also showed a decrease of 14 percent from the previous year, and Moeller further pointed out that of the past nine months, seven have ben lower than last year.     The Thermopolis Boys Basketball team wrapped up its season this past week at the 3A East Regionals in Wheatland, with a 60-33 loss against Rawlins on Thursday and a 55-36 loss against Douglas on Friday.
