    Monday afternoon in Hot Springs District Court, Judge Bobbi Overfield sentenced Kiefer Tuzicka to three years of supervised probation on a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance. Tuzicka was originally sentenced to 4-6 years with the Wyoming Department of Corrections, but that sentence was suspended.     During the May 21 meeting of Hot Springs Travel and Tourism, board members approved the final proposed budget for the 2019-20 fiscal year. It was noted at the meeting that there is still some time to change the budget prior to it being submitted to the State of Wyoming. According to the proposed budget summary, total budgeted expenditures, as well as the total general fund and forecasted revenues available are $198,100.     According to a decision issued on May 16, a guilty verdict in a case against Justin Spence was reversed and remanded. Spence was found guilty of incest in April of 2017, and was sentenced by Judge Robert Skar to three to five years with a Wyoming Department of Corrections facility.
