    Last week was plenty busy, with both the annual Cowboy Rendezvous PRCA Rodeo and the People of the Earth happening.     A Popsicle Night for the Tee Ball players is scheduled for June 30, beginning at 6 p.m. at the baseball fields.     Tuesday evening, the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees approved two policies with regard to patient financial services. Prior to approval, Chief Financial Officer Shelly Larson provided a brief summary of each. The Financial Assistance Policy applies to all emergency and medically necessary care.     Tuesday at the meeting of the Travel and Tourism Board, Director Amanda Moeller reported the budget has been sent in to the State, and it was returned with no comments or issues.     On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 15, after about two hours of deliberation, a jury returned a verdict of not guilty on two counts in a case against Chance Jacobsen in Hot Springs County District Court. The case was turned over to the jury at about 1:50 p.m. Wednesday — after a trial which began Monday — and they made the decision prior to 4:15 p.m. to find Jacobsen not guilty on counts of child abuse and battery.
