The team won against Lusk, 48-26, but lost 61-53 against Wright and 47-46 against Glenrock. The latter loss, however, came after they took Glenrock into overtime.     by Mark Dykes The Freshman boys basketball team played in a tournament in Lovell this past weekend. Coach Matthew McPhie stated the boys played very well winning two games and losing one. On Friday, the boys beat Powell 50-46 in overtime. The Bobcats were led in scoring by Dustin Harvey with 21 points and Sterling Gerber with 9 points.     by Mark Dykes Back in January, the Wyoming Dinosaur Center took a big step in terms of relocating and renovating the current facility, purchasing the business park south of town. Executive Director Angie Guyon said the process is now in the architectural phase. Chamber Executive Director Meri Ann Rush noted there were some minor discrepancies between what she reported to the board at the end of September — the cutoff date for the audit — and the official report from the accountant.     Tuesday evening, the Thermopolis Town Council approved the audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, presented by Michael Wright of Koerwitz, Michel, Wright and Associates.     Monday in Hot Springs District Court, Judge Robert E. Skar sentenced John Baker to a term of three to four years in the state penitentiary. However, that sentence was suspended on a split sentence, resulting instead of Baker’s sentence of one year in the county jail.
