    Monday in Hot Springs Circuit Court Lola Vialpando was bound over to Fifth Judicial District Court on charges including seven counts of forgery and three counts of theft. The charges allege Vialpando altered bank statements at her former employer between Jan. 29 and July 29 of 2016, and also altered account statements to omit certain transactions.     The Freedom Ball Adult Prom is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 25 at the Days Inn. The Big Horn Basin Riders motorcycle club is hosting the event, but attendees don’t have to be members or bikers to attend.     Wyoming Dinosaur Center Executive Director Angie Guyon found out the last week of February she was appointed to a three-year term with the Wyoming Tourism Board.     Tuesday evening, the Thermopolis Town Council approved a motion, 3-2 with members Dusty Lewis and John Dorman Sr. voting “no,” a payment of $8,921.67 to Brad Basse of Jadeco for work done on the communications area of the Law Enforcement Center.     Opening arguments were heard Monday from prosecuting attorney Jerry Williams and defense attorney Richard Hopkinson, in a trial against Matthew Schwan. Schwan was originally charged with driving under the influence with serious bodily injury, following a May 14, 2016, incident in which he allegedly struck Reilly Schwan with a vehicle.
