    The Hot Springs County Commissioners held a public hearing at the Annex Building on December 21 to address the request for a land-use change for the Steven’s property and their Tipi Retreat business.     The Hot Springs County Sheriff’s Office has been handling several fraud cases and wants to help educate the public to be aware of fraud scams before they become a victim. Deputy Casey Freund has been involved in four fraud cases so far this year and, depending on the case, has been collaborating with the FBI in their investigations.
