    Rosalee Dawn Johnson, 19, of Aurora, Colo., was arraigned earlier this month in Fifth Judicial District Court after allegedly steeling $50, 000 in cash from a Thermopolis residence. According to a sworn affidavit, a Thermopolis resident reported that several of her medications and $50,000 in cash was stolen from her residence in June.     Bobcat Jules Ward brought home her second consecutive individual title from the 2A State Cross Country meet in Sheridan on Saturday. The girls brought home second place as a team. Ward finished the course with a time of 19:12. Ward won her title last year with a 19:15.     Brad Morrison is the new director for the Hot Springs County Recreation District. Originally from Lamar, Colo., Morrison moved to Thermopolis five years ago with his wife, Staci.     A mass dispensing exercise is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27 by the Hot Springs County Public Health to simulate exposure to an Anthrax agent.     The Bobcat cross county girls team brought home first place from the 5 Rivers Conference meet. Jules Ward took first place with a time of 19 minutes flat. She took 52 seconds off her time from when she ran the course in September. "Our kids had some huge improvements and that's what we want to see," coach Brenna Able declared.
