    It was all about the food, fun, classic cars and fathers last weekend at the Annual Hot Spot Car Rally in Hot Springs State Park. Those arriving on Saturday took part in the Ted Spatol Memorial poker run during the day, finishing up with the parade of cars through downtown.     The Hot Springs County Commissioners met on Tuesday afternoon, including an executive session on their agenda. Once out of executive session, the commissioners voted to begin legal proceedings against Atlas Roofing for replacement of the roof on the multi-purpose building at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds.     Monday marks the start of the Big Horn Basin Football Camp, now in its 28th year in Thermopolis. The camp will be held at LeRoy Hayes Field and will include individual drills and techniques, 7 on 7 competition, swimming, mini golf and a whitewater rafting opportunity for the older players.     At Tuesday’s meeting of the Hot Springs County Commissioners, they held a public hearing regarding a land use change for Cotton Farms Bed and Breakfast. The request was made by Ruth Cotton for her property north of town. Cotton converted the haymow of her barn in 2016 to contain a single apartment.     Hot Springs County’s jobless rate dropped from March to April, going from 4.4% in March to 3.9% in April. Statewide, unemployment rates fell in all 23 counties, however, the labor force also fell in 13 counties, suggesting that some of the people who were unemployed actually left the state or dropped out of the labor force.
