The initial release of the draft document on April 18 included a chart with existing facilities and proposed facilities.     Jonah Cook was just playing a leisure game of golf with his dad on April 23 at the Thermopolis Golf Course when he got a hole in one on his second hole. Cook attends Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs. He graduated from Hot Springs County High School in 2014.
