    Enrollment in the Hot Springs County School District has increased from 610 at the end of the 2014-15 school year to 654 at the end of the 2015-16 school year. The enrollment in the majority of grades has also increased. First grade enrollment has increased from 41 students at the end of the 2014-15 school year to 48 students at the end of this year.     The Old West Quilt Guild made and donated an alphabet quilt to the Hot Springs County Library. Members of the guild include Margie Jackson, Jackie Connolly, Georgeanne Hammond, Nellie Corley, Liz Smith, Peggy Faler, Tracey Van Heule, Cindy Toth, Janice Dunbar, Marge Slack and Kathy Hammond.     Wyo. Quarter Horse Ranch held an auction Saturday at the fairgrounds. Horses were sold to 22 different states, with Colorado purchasing the most. Wyoming followed, and then Idaho.
