    The 2016 Hot Springs County High School Athletics Hall of Fame has been announced. Bobcat Athletics Hall of Fame Chairman Mark Whitt said the Hall of Fame was established in 2006 as a way to recognize the many great athletes, coaches, teams, administrators and community members that have been a part of Bobcat athletics over the years.     The proposed budget for the Owl Creek Irrigation District was approved by Judge Robert E. Skar on Monday, June 27. The budget calls for itemizing money to be raised by assessment against lands in the amount of $138,017.18 which is by assessment of $21.81 per acre against 4,378.89 acres of land in the Lower Area or Lucerne and Dempsey Areas at $4.58 per acre on 9,286.17 acres of land comprising the Upper and Middle Areas of the district.     Fifty-year-old Michelle Redland ran the Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon June 5 in Deadwood, S.D.     Public comment on the Hot Springs State Park draft master plan ended June 6, but the controversy is far from over.
